दैनिक वेतन के बारे में About Daily Salary
ड्राइवर को 900 रुपये का मूल वेतन पाने के लिए निम्नलिखित मानदंड आवश्यक हैं।
ड्राइवर को एक दिन में न्यूनतम 1800 का बिजनेस पूरा करना आवश्यक है।
ड्राइवर को एक दिन में कम से कम 7 यात्राएँ पूरी करनी होंगी।
ड्राइवर को एक दिन में 11 घंटे ऑनलाइन प्रस्तुति देनी होगी।
यदि ड्राइवर उपरोक्त आवश्यकताओं को पूरा नहीं करता है, तो उसे दैनिक व्यवसाय, यात्राओं और ऑनलाइन घंटों के अनुसार दैनिक वेतन मिलेगा।
टिप्पणी :
यदि कोई ड्राइवर 7 से कम यात्राएं करके 1800 रुपये से अधिक का व्यवसाय करता है, तब भी वह मूल वेतन के लिए अर्हता प्राप्त कर सकता है।
The following criteria are required for the driver to get a basic salary of 900 rs.
Driver required to complete minimum business of 1800 in a day.
Driver required to complete a minimum of 7 trips in a day.
Driver required to present 11 hours online in a day.
If the driver does not achieve the above requirements, He will get a daily salary according to daily business, trips, and online hours.
Note :
If a driver reaches more than 1800 rs business by making less than 7 trips, He may still qualify for a basic salary.
दैनिक प्रोत्साहन के बारे में About Daily Incentives
12 घंटे की शिफ्ट में 10 यात्राएं करने पर 100 रुपये का प्रोत्साहन।
यदि आप 12 घंटे की शिफ्ट में 2500 रुपये का व्यवसाय करते हैं तो 100 रुपये का प्रोत्साहन।
यदि आप 2500 रुपये का व्यवसाय करते हैं + 12 घंटे की शिफ्ट में 10 यात्राएँ करते हैं तो 100 रुपये का प्रोत्साहन।
2500 रुपये के व्यवसाय के बाद, प्रत्येक अतिरिक्त 500 रुपये के व्यवसाय के लिए 200 रुपये का प्रोत्साहन।100 rs incentive if you make 10 trips in a 12-hour shift.
100 rs incentive if you make 10 trips in a 12-hour shift.
100 rs incentive if you make 2500 rs business in 12 hours shift.
100 rs incentive if you make 2500 rs business + 10 trips in a 12-hour shift.
After Rs 2500 businesses, a Rs 200 incentive for every additional 500 rs business.
OR
2200 के बिजनेस पर 100 रु.
2,400 के बिजनेस पर 100 रु.
2,600 के बिजनेस पर 100 रु.
2,750 के बिजनेस पर 100 रु.
3,000 के बिजनेस पर 100 रु.
Rs 100 on 2,200 business.
Rs 100 on 2,400 business.
Rs 100 on 2,600 business.
Rs 100 on 2,750 business.
Rs 100 on 3,000 business.
साप्ताहिक छुट्टी के बारे में About Weekly Holiday
ड्राइवरों को अगले साप्ताहिक छुट्टी के लिए पिछले सप्ताह “weekly holiday form” भरना आवश्यक है। यह “weekly holiday form” गुरुवार से उपलब्ध है. अगर ड्राइवर ने फॉर्म नहीं भरा और छुट्टी ली तो उसे 400 रुपये जुर्माना देना होगा।
Drivers are required to fill out the “weekly holiday form” in the previous week for the next weekly Holiday. This weekly holiday form is available from Thursday. If the driver does not fill out the form & takes the holiday then he will have to pay a penalty of Rs 400.
अतिरिक्त छुट्टी के बारे में About Additional Holiday
यदि ड्राइवर को एक सप्ताह में 1 से अधिक छुट्टी की आवश्यकता होती है, तो ड्राइवरों को “अतिरिक्त छुट्टी फॉर्म” भरना आवश्यक है। यह “अतिरिक्त छुट्टी फॉर्म” अतिरिक्त छुट्टी लेने से 48 घंटे पहले भरना आवश्यक है। अगर ड्राइवर “अतिरिक्त छुट्टी फॉर्म” नहीं भरता है या कंपनी को अतिरिक्त छुट्टी के बारे में सूचित नहीं करता है और छुट्टी लेता है तो उसे 400 रुपये का जुर्माना देना होगा।
Drivers are required to fill out the “additional holiday form” If the driver requires more than 1 holiday in a week. This “additional holiday form” is required to be filled out 48 hours before taking an additional holiday. If the driver does not fill out the “additional holiday form”, or inform the company about additional holidays and take the holiday then he would have to pay the penalty of Rs 400.
वेतन के बारे में About Salary
हम आपको आपका वेतन सप्ताह में दो बार देंगे।
आपकी पहली सैलरी मंगलवार को होगी. (वेतन का 50%)
आपकी दूसरी सैलरी शुक्रवार को मिलेगी. (वेतन का 50%)
We will give you your salary two times a week.
Your first salary will be on Tuesday. (50 % of salary)
Your second salary will be on Friday. (50 % of salary)
